The AM29F400B-55EI is a 4 Mbit, 5.0 V flash memory organized as 524,288 bytes or 262,144 words. The device is available in a 48-pin TSOP package. The device is also available in Known Good Die (KGD) form. The device is designed to be programmed in-system using a standard system 5.0-volt VCC supply. 12.0 V VPP is not required for write or erase operations. The device can also be programmed in a standard EPROM programmer.
